What is the Wolverine stack?
The "Wolverine" stack is the nickname for combining BPC-157 and TB-500 — named for the comic-book character’s rapid healing. It is the most widely discussed recovery stack, pairing two peptides that are individually associated with tissue repair and, together, are believed to be complementary.
Why the two are combined
The idea is that the two work on different parts of the same process: BPC-157 is discussed for localized soft-tissue, tendon, and gut support, while TB-500 is discussed for more systemic recovery and flexibility through its role in cell migration. Combining them is thought to cover more of the recovery picture than either alone — though, as always, the human evidence is limited and this is anecdotal community reasoning.
Educational only — not medical advice
Both compounds are research peptides not approved for general human use, and combining compounds can change risks. Nothing here is a recommendation or dose. Consult a qualified healthcare provider and follow the laws in your area.
How to run and track the Wolverine stack
The two have very different schedules — BPC-157 is commonly taken daily while TB-500 is taken weekly (often split). That difference is exactly why tracking each compound separately matters: log every dose with its date and site, and rate recovery, pain, and mobility daily. After a few weeks you can see whether your progress lines up with both compounds or one is carrying the result. See our full guide on building and tracking a stack.
Track the Wolverine Stack in LynkDose
Run and log each compound separately — BPC-157 is often daily while TB-500 is weekly — so you can see which one is driving your recovery. Rate comfort and mobility daily alongside the doses.
